What is Orphanim?

  Orphanim will be a game inspired by the "MLP Infection AU" trend that swept over some social media spaces in late 2024. I say "inspired," because the events of this game do not actually follow the concept of a viral sickness sweeping over the nation. This game is not about viral illnesses or any common usage of the word infection, but the monsters and story are very much inspired by the amazing creators that precede it!  I will not answer any questions about lore. Those questions will be answered by you playing the game!  Q. Will the game be free?  A. Absolutely. Early access to the game will also be given to those following this blog when the time comes. Hello Q&A

 Hello, World! I've never really hosted a blog before. This is exciting! Feel free to use this post as a Q&A for any questions you have about the game. I will say that I am about 60% of the way through the key mechanics of the game and I plan on having all of the back-end stuff that makes the game work done by probably next month. Then it's just creating environments, modeling the monsters, adding the puzzles, and music to compliment those mechanics. I am really excited. I'm having so much fun. I hope to update you guys a lot. Speaking of music, here is a preview of the start menu soundtrack. This game won't have a lot of music in it, it will mainly be droning noises and subtle music notes and such (it is supposed to be a very quiet and negative-space like game), but I thought I'd make something special for the start menu. Enjoy and critique.
